Position Description
You will be a key part of Pani’s operations team reporting directly to the CEO. Working across multiple departments you will support the CEO on a wide range of mission-critical projects, reports, presentations, and market analysis that will drive our company forward as we enter the next round of funding. You will also work closely with the product team on projects that align with market analysis and market fit. Your job is to be the on who puts up their hand when something needs to be started, moves that work forward, and with a high level of passion supports the successful completion.

You enjoy the challenge of working on innovative projects with an equally talented group of co-workers who will both challenge and support you. You believe in lifelong learning and welcome the opportunity to constantly iterate and improve upon your skills. Fundamentally you want to use your talents and energy to better the world for others and contribute to the responsible management of global water and energy, and CO2 reduction.
What you bring to the team
· Enrolled in a university program relevant to the role and the Pani
· Results-driven and thirst to learn and excel
· Constantly seeking sustainable and agile solutions
· An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
· Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements
· Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of initiative-taking and effective personal project management skills
· A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
· Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools ( i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
· Curiosity or understanding of Technology
What you will gain
· Hands on experience 1-1 with the CEO
· Experience in translating business problems and opportunities into technical solutions through working in a team environment and acting as the liaison between the business and development
· Exposure to various business areas and their respective responsibilities, processes, etc.
· Real work responsibilities that will push you to learn and grow
· Exposure to the financial side of the business through specific projects involving grants, investors, and the board of directors
· Successful application of business analyst tools, such as business process mapping, project charters, requirement gathering, etc.
Nice to Have
· Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment
· Experience working for a SaaS startup
